FIREBIRD: La Péri
Inspired by Walt Disney’s Fantasia, “La Péri” is a semi-interactive experience based on classical music and a ballet performance captured with mocap and exclusively made for roomscale VR (like HTC's Vive). It features a lot of interaction based on the controllers to be able to play and feel presence with the character.
On the stage, you play the role of Iskender, a prince seeking the "flower of immortality". This precious artifact is guarded/kept by la Péri, an ancient spirit. As you gradually fit into your role and try to take possession of the flower, the spirit appears. Alternately frightened and mischievous, it evolves in different living forms that increase in complexity until it sketches a graceful, feminine silhouette…
FIREBIRD: La Péri has been released in 2016 for the launch of the HTC Vive and Oculus Touch.
